Marzolf Meats is my family business founded in Washington. Darron is a fourth generation butcher who has helped farmers process their herds of livestock, assisted hunters with their seasonal preparations of wild game as well as preparing seasoned, cured and smoked meats. Having worked directly with farmers in our community for generations we understand the challenges faced by small scale meat producers and are happy to put our expertise to work for you.

Since 2014, Darron and Christeena have been working and advocating to provide local sustainable meats in the Puget Sound region.

Their goal is to ensure that meat grown locally, sustainably and humanely remains a part of the American dining experience for generations to come.

What Makes Us Different?

While Marzolf Meats is a small scale operation we have big plans. Expanding our processing operation is the next step in our desire to help our local farms become more profitable and access more markets. We are currently renovating our custom butcher shop and upgrading to offer USDA cut and wrap and eventually slaughter services on site.
