What makes us different?

While Marzolf Meats is a small scale operation we have big plans. Expanding our processing operation is the next step in our desire to help our local farms become more profitable and access more markets. We are currently renovating our custom butcher shop and upgrading to offer USDA cut and wrap and eventually slaughter services on site.

What We Offer

We currently offer on farm slaughter and custom cut and wrap for beef, pork, lamb and goat. You can count on our highly skilled butchers to provide you with the perfect cuts tailored to your family’s cooking and nutrition requirements.

Small scale livestock producers will notice there are few custom processors around and in many cases you have to get on a schedule long before your animals are ready. If you are trying to make a business out of small scale livestock production that type of bottleneck can be incredibly difficult.

We are passionate about what we do and want to make sure you succeed in your farming business. To us, part of being sustainable means charging a fair price for your hard work. This can be tricky in an industry that has convinced a population that meat is cheap. We know firsthand that it is not cheap, it’s not cheap to grow, it’s not cheap to process and it’s not cheap to distribute.

As a processor we want to make sure you and your customers have an easy experience and to cultivate a long standing relationship with our farmers to make sure their operation runs smoothly.
